The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is set to conclude the application process for the Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) 2023 and other translator positions on September 12. Eligible candidates are encouraged to submit their applications through the official SSC website,

In this recruitment drive, the SSC aims to fill a total of 307 vacancies for Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator roles. Applicants must possess a master’s degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory subject. Alternatively, candidates with a master’s degree in any subject, along with English and Hindi as compulsory subjects at the degree level, and either a diploma in translation or a minimum of two years of work experience, are also eligible.

The application fee for the SSC JHT 2023 recruitment is set at Rs 100 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. However, applicants belonging to SC, ST, PH, and female categories are exempt from the application fee.

For those who need to make corrections or updates to their submitted information, the commission will open a correction window from September 13 to 14.

The SSC Junior Hindi Translator examination is scheduled to take place in October 2023.
