The Uttarakhand School Education Council has officially released the results for the UK Board High School and Intermediate Marks Improvement Examinations. Students can access their results on, with over 23,000 students having appeared for these exams.

In the previous month, approximately 13,000 high school and 10,000 intermediate students participated in these examinations. High school students who failed in two subjects or received poor grades, and intermediate students who failed in one subject or received low grades, were eligible to participate.

VP Simalti, the board’s secretary, announced that students who passed the improvement exams can register online ten days after the results are published. This marks the first instance of the Uttarakhand Board conducting a marks enhancement examination with secure results. The application window for the exams was open from June 15 to July 7.

In the 2023 Uttarakhand Board Main Examination, the high school achieved an impressive 85.17 percent pass rate, while the intermediate result stood at 80.98 percent. Tehri’s Sushant Chandravanshi secured the top spot in the Uttarakhand Board High School category with an exceptional 99 percent, while Jaspur’s Tanu Chauhan led the Inter category with a score of 97.60 percent. This year, a total of 2,590,000 students registered for the board exams.
