“UKPSC Forest Guard 2022 Record Verification Schedule Announced: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has disclosed the schedule for record verification of candidates who cleared the Physical Eligibility Test/Physical Efficiency Test (PET/PEET) for the Forest Guard Examination 2022. The verification process will transpire from September 22, 2023, to October 11, 2023, within the Examination Hall at UKPSC in Haridwar.

Required Documents:

Candidates progressing to the record verification stage must furnish the following documents to the Commission office by the stipulated date:

1. Self-attested copy of the online application form and checklist
2. All certificates substantiating essential educational qualifications, preferred qualifications, reservations, etc.
3. Two sets of self-attested photocopies for each document
4. Two recent passport-sized photographs

The record verification will be conducted in two sessions, each spanning from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Candidates are expected to be present in the examination room by 9:00 a.m. for the first session and 1:00 p.m. for the second session.

During the verification, candidates must submit a certificate confirming that their normal vision defect does not exceed +/- 4.00 diopters, valid only if issued by an authorized government hospital.

Failure to appear in person at the UKPSC, Haridwar, on the specified date for record verification will render candidates ineligible for the final selection outcome.

As per the guidelines delineated in the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission’s Examination Result Preparation Procedure 2022 (as amended), the final selection outcome will be declared for eligible candidates endorsed by UKPSC based on merit.

1. Visit the official website of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC).
2. Locate the section related to “Forest Guard Exam 2022” or “Recruitment.”
3. In the Forest Guard Exam 2022 section, find the record verification program details, including dates, times, and location.
4. Review the provided article or notice for a comprehensive list of required documents, such as educational certificates, photographs, and a self-signed printout of the online application form.
5. On the specified date, arrive at the Examination Hall in UKPSC, Haridwar, at the designated time for your morning or afternoon session.
6. During the record verification process, present your documents and certificates to the authorities while adhering to any additional instructions provided by UKPSC staff to ensure a successful verification process.”
