UPPSC Nursing Staff Registration 2023 Deadline Set for September 21, as Per Official Recruitment Schedule

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has initiated the online registration process for the recruitment of Staff Nurses in Uttar Pradesh. Aspiring candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the Staff Nurse position and apply for the vacancies through the official UPPSC website at uppsc.up.nic.in.

The UPPSC Nursing Staff Registration 2023 window will remain accessible for submissions until September 21, as specified in the official recruitment schedule. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2,240 vacancies, with 171 reserved for male candidates and 2,069 for female candidates. Additionally, the UPPSC has also issued a recruitment notice for 300 nursing staff positions in the Ayurveda division.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years old as of July 1, 2023.

Qualification Criteria

To be eligible for direct recruitment to the Staff Nurse position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. Successfully completed the High School Examination with Science and the Intermediate Examination from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
2. Possess a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, which is registerable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council. Alternatively, a diploma in Psychiatry, registerable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council, is also acceptable.
3. Hold a valid registration certificate as a Nurse and Psychiatry from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council or a registration certificate as a Nurse and Midwives issued by the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
