With anticipation soaring ahead of the highly awaited ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, the ICC has introduced an enduring mascot duo. These timeless characters are designed to engage and captivate cricket enthusiasts, becoming a constant presence at ICC events. Additionally, fans now have the opportunity to contribute to the naming process of these mascots.

Unveiled during an event in Gurugram, India, attended by ICC Under-19 Women’s and Men’s winning captains Shafali Verma and Yash Dhull, the mascots embody qualities representing gender equality and diversity.

Emerging from a distant cricketing realm known as the Crictoverse, this duo combines explosive energy and entertainment, enhancing the overall fan experience and adding vibrancy to ICC events.

One character, with a turbo-powered arm, unleashes fireballs at astonishing speeds, showcasing pinpoint accuracy that astonishes batters. Her remarkable reflexes, fierce flexibility, and unwavering determination make her a force in fast bowling. Adorned with a belt carrying six power cricket orbs, she’s ready to set the game ablaze.

The male character exudes a blend of coolness and formidable batting prowess. Each of his shots, from finesse to sixes, resonates with electrifying force. His electromagnetic bat and versatile shot repertoire amplify the excitement, electrifying the crease with every stroke.

Fans can now contribute to the naming of these iconic characters, with preferences being submitted by August 27.
