Prestige Group is all set to inaugurate the inaugural Forum Mall in Kochi, Kerala, on August 19th. Situated on NH-66, the Forum Mall covers a vast expanse of 6.5 lakh square feet, rendering it a highly anticipated addition to the city’s commercial scene.

The investment infusion for this project stands at a considerable Rs 700 crore, spread across a sprawling area of 6.5 lakh square feet. The mall will feature a diverse retail assortment, headlined by the debut of the first-ever Shoppers Stop outlet in Kochi. Additionally, a capacious 50,000 square feet Lulu Hypermarket finds its place within the mall’s premises.

Forum Mall’s launch holds monumental significance for Kochi, as it welcomes not only the inaugural Shoppers Stop in the city but also embraces an array of esteemed brands such as Lifestyle, H&M, Marks & Spencer, PVR, Funcity, and many others in Kerala. The establishment also houses an expansive Lulu Hypermarket spanning 50,000 square feet.
